Sugar Land Laboratory Services

State of the art equipped lab for fast blood work results as well as respiratory and GI panels

Laboratory Tests We Offer

Our Sugar Land laboratory services provide advanced testing for a wide range of medical needs. From routine blood work to specialized diagnostic tests, our clinical laboratory testing ensures precise results for better patient care.

Basic Metabolic Panel (BMP)

The basic metabolic panel test evaluates kidney function, electrolyte balance, and metabolic health. Our BMP blood test provides vital information for early detection of dehydration, kidney disease, or metabolic imbalances.

Cardiac enzyme testing helps detect heart injury and assess risk for heart attacks. Our cardiac enzyme blood test measures key biomarkers such as troponin and CK-MB to provide timely results for emergency cardiac care.

The CBC complete blood count test evaluates red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. CBC lab tests are essential for identifying anemia, infections, or immune system disorders, supporting accurate diagnosis and ongoing monitoring.

Our liver panel diagnostic tests measure key liver enzymes and proteins, including ALT, AST, bilirubin, and albumin. A liver panel blood test helps detect liver inflammation, damage, infections, or metabolic disorders.

We provide COVID-19 testing and flu and COVID tests for symptomatic screening, travel, or workplace safety. Our rapid COVID test and PCR testing options ensure fast, reliable results to guide patient care.

The PCR respiratory panel detects multiple respiratory viruses and pathogens, providing comprehensive results to identify infections such as influenza, RSV, and COVID-19. Ideal for patients with respiratory symptoms or pre-surgical screening.

Conditions We Evaluate with Laboratory Testing

Severe & Emergency Conditions

These conditions may be life-threatening and often require immediate laboratory testing, close monitoring, and urgent medical intervention.

Suspected Heart Attack or Cardiac Injury

Blood tests such as cardiac enzymes, electrolytes, and metabolic markers help identify heart muscle damage and guide emergency cardiac care.

Lab tests, including blood cultures, CBC, lactate, and metabolic panels, help detect bloodstream infections and assess organ stress caused by sepsis.

Elevated BUN, creatinine, and electrolyte abnormalities may indicate sudden kidney dysfunction requiring rapid treatment.

Dangerous levels of sodium, potassium, or calcium can cause cardiac arrhythmias, seizures, or muscle weakness and require immediate correction.

Extremely high or low glucose levels, including diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), are identified through urgent lab testing to prevent life-threatening complications.

Moderate Conditions Requiring Monitoring

These conditions may require observation, repeat testing, or short-term treatment to ensure stability and prevent progression.

Infections & Inflammatory Conditions

CBCs and inflammatory markers help evaluate bacterial or viral infections and monitor response to treatment.

Lab testing monitors chronic kidney disease, liver inflammation, or medication-related organ stress.

CBC testing helps identify anemia, clotting abnormalities, or platelet disorders that may cause fatigue, bleeding, or weakness.

Electrolyte and metabolic panels help assess hydration status and metabolic health, guiding fluid and medication management.

Mild to Preventive Conditions

Laboratory testing is also essential for early detection, routine monitoring, and preventive healthcare.

Routine Health Screenings

Blood tests help identify early signs of metabolic disorders, kidney issues, or nutritional deficiencies before symptoms develop.

Lab testing ensures medications are safe and effective by monitoring kidney function, liver enzymes, and blood levels.

Laboratory tests support growth monitoring, detect early metabolic issues, and evaluate infections or electrolyte imbalances in children.

Ongoing lab testing helps manage diabetes, high cholesterol, kidney disease, and other long-term conditions safely and effectively.
