How We are Different
When we opened our doors in 2018, we were bent on changing emergency hospital care for patients. Our first mission was to take a deep dive into the communities we serve and find out what it was that was missing from other emergency hospitals in our area. We heard about long waits and crowded, uncomfortable waiting areas. By focusing solely on emergency care and comfort, we created what is known as a “micro-hospital” environment where the doctor/nurse/patient ratio is minimized and creature comforts for our lobby area are maximized. Patients see only Board-Certified ER Physician nurses, technicians, and lab personnel who are emergency care experts. Not waiting hours for care is a game-changer in the patient/caregiver dynamic.
