Autumn Norsworthy is the Director of Nursing at St. Michael’s Elite Hospital. Autumn is able to lead her nursing team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered concierge care at St. Michael’s Elite Hospital.
Autumn received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Wharton County Junior College, then received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Autumn has progressed through various roles, gaining valuable insights and expertise through her nursing career. Her positions have encompassed clinical nursing, management, and leadership positions, allowing her to understand the intricacies of healthcare delivery at multiple levels.
Autumn leads the St. Michael’s Elite nursing team with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. She empowers her nursing team, recognizes their unique strengths, and cultivates a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Through effective communication and active engagement, Autumn strives to inspire a sense of purpose and dedication among her team members.
Throughout Autumn’s career, she has achieved notable success in enhancing patient outcomes, streamlining operational processes, and improving overall efficiency. In 2020, during her employment with Memorial Hermann Sugar Land, Autumn was awarded the Show We Care Award with recognition for Valuable Contributions to the Patient Experience.
Outside of the hospital, Autumn enjoys creating lasting memories with her husband and 2 daughters. When she is not running after her girls, Autumn enjoys staying active through yoga and Pilates.
