Thanks for visiting St. Michael’s Emergency Rooms. If you are not entirely satisfied with your visit, we’re here to help.
You are entitled to a refund in the event you overpay on your account. All accounts must be paid off before refunds will be issued. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us at email@example.com of any overpayment and it must be verified by the billing department. Please provide proof of payment such as canceled checks or EOBs provided by your insurance carrier.
Accounts paid in full cannot be refunded. Overpayments on accounts can be refunded.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you that we have received your request. We will notify you within 10 days of the status of your refund after reviewing your request. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
There are no costs associated with the processing of your refund.
